I would recommend the Deluxe Rooms facing the lake. Since this is a historic property, the Standard (or Fairmont Rooms in this case) and definitely on the smaller side. The extra space in the Deluxe Rooms would make for a much more comfortable stay. Read More...
Definitely ask for a room in the Old Wing, and for preference facing the sea. The best room for me is 502 (ie on the 5th / Club Floor with acess to the Club Lounge which also has a wonderful view of the Arabian Sea). Make sure you catch the sunrises and sunsets! Read More...

There is no doubt in my mind that, by far, the best hotel in Lisbon is the Lapa Palace. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and there are two lovely, warm swimming pools in the midst of all that gorgeous greenery. Read More...
The bathroom was huge, but the decor in there seemed pretty dated compared to the rest of the room.…Everything about the hotel is posh.
